The Broadway Series

Our Broadway Series brings top-quality musical theater to downtown Aurora, drawing patrons from across the western suburbs and far beyond. Our shows have been hailed by many as best in Chicago—on par with Broadway—thanks to our talented cast, dazzling sets, live orchestral music, and lastly, your generous support!

Creative Arts Day Camp

Paramount School of the Arts

Our School of the Arts created a splash from the very beginning. We hired an outstanding faculty and built extensive classroom space that allows us to provide students with top level arts education— a commitment that continues to expand through your generous gifts.


R.E.A.C.H. - Resources Expanding the Arts and Connecting Humanity

The Paramount’s REACH initiatives support programs that create limitless opportunities for children, and adults alike, to experience the arts such as Pay-What-You-Can performances at our many venues throughout the season, Theatre for Young Audiences touring shows, and so much more.

The Economic Case

Paramount employs many area residents — we’re a theater committed to casting locally, building sets on-site, using a full live orchestra, etc. But that’s just the beginning…

As a second largest subscription base in the nation, Paramount’s Broadway series—alone—hosts nearly 250,000 audience members every year. Along with other performances in the Theatre, Paramount is responsible for generating foot traffic of roughly half a million people through downtown Aurora.

Additionally, through the summer concerts at RiverEdge Park, as well as community events and programming at the Paramount School of the Arts, the numbers of visitors to the downtown increases even more.

These visitors have a powerful effect on our community’s economic health, making downtown Aurora an increasingly alluring place to live and work.

We’re proud to say that Paramount’s programs help diversify the local economy, contributing to the vibrancy of the Aurora community.

A gift in your will or living trust

For generations, theater-goers have enjoyed musicals, concerts, movies and more on-stage at the Paramount. A planned gift to Paramount Theatre will fulfill our mission to introduce the magic of live performing arts to future generations.

The Encore Society honors individuals that have chosen to arrange a planned gift to support the Paramount in their estate plans. Such a gift enables you, the donor, to achieve your personal financial goals (e.g., limiting estate taxes, provide for your heirs) and leave a lasting legacy of support at Paramount.

As you make long-term financial arrangements with family and loved-ones, including estate plans, please consider Paramount as a part of your long-lasting legacy. Gifts of any amount are accepted and can be designated to the fund of your choice. Paramount has partnered with FreeWill to give our supporters access to a free estate planning tool and help you make these gifts faster and easier than ever.
