I cannot express what a great experience and value the premium guest experience was – looking forward to it again! Thank you to the staff there for everything!
We are also members of the Premium Guest Experience and enjoy this aspect so very much. The staff is wonderful, better than some service at restaurants and they are so very friendly. We cannot say enough good things about this treat in our lives!
We signed up for the Premium Guest Experience to see if we would like it. Before the play started, we bought tickets for the next 3 performances.
EVERYONE was pleasant and helpful. Took advantage of the Premium Guest Experience and felt pampered by the staff. Great experience from picking up tickets for PGE at will call to the staff and servers at the PGE.
We tried the Guest Experience for the first time. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will do it again. The waiter and doorman were very friendly, helpful and covered any request we made.

AUGUST RUSH PREMIUM GUEST EXPERIENCE NOTICE:
Because August Rush has a shorter runtime with no intermission, Premium Guest Experience will open 15 minutes earlier than usual and serve all food and desserts prior to the show. For example, if lobby doors open at 7 p.m., then PGE will open at 6:45 p.m. Please plan accordingly.
The 2019/2020 Season will go on sale June 7, 2019.
ABOUT THE PREMIUM GUEST EXPERIENCE
As our Premium Guest, you’ll enter the theater through your exclusive private entrance – via the beautiful, historic lobby – where you’ll be greeted by the Broadway Concierge who will show you to the Premium Guest area. Enjoy complimentary beverages, warm hors d’oeuvres and light snacks.
In addition to providing a first-class pre-show experience, your personal concierge will ask for your drink order before you take your seats for the show. Your drink will be waiting for you at intermission, along with desserts. The limitless bar includes mixed drinks, wine, beer, soda, coffee and water before the show and during intermission.
The Premium Guest Experience is available one hour prior to all Broadway performances, with the exception of school performances and weekday matinees. Space is limited.

Refund & Exchange Policy
The Premium Guest Experience is non-refundable. If you cannot make your scheduled Premium Guest Experience, you must notify the box office no later than 48 hours in advance. If notified by that time, you may exchange to another date & time or receive a credit for face value on your account towards a future ticket purchase. Exchanging to another PGE date & time is based on availability and is not guaranteed. No credit or exchange will be given within 48 hours of the scheduled date & time. No refunds at any time.
