ABOUT PREMIUM GUEST EXPERIENCE

Purchasing PGE

Premium Guest Experience is offered one hour prior to Broadway performances and during intermission (with the exception of weekday matinees). Subscribers who are also donors of $125+ get first access to purchasing PGE. Shortly after, PGE goes on sale to all remaining subscribers. Space is limited. Not a subscriber? Any remaining spots will be made available for sale to non-subscribers starting 10 a.m. the week of the performance for only $32. Call 630.896.6666 for PGE availability.

Your Arrival

As our Premium Guest, you’ll enter the theater through your exclusive private entrance – via the beautiful, historic Original Lobby – where you’ll be greeted by the Broadway Concierge who will show you to the Premium Guest area. Please arrive one hour prior to show time to get the most out of your experience. If you’d like to check your coat, the concierge will personally take care of that for you.

Seating

Upon arrival, you will be assigned a seat in the PGE exclusive area. There are enough seats for everyone, but you may need to share a table with other PGE guests. As our PGE concierge aims to create a pleasurable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you be accommodating with your seating assignment and your Premium Guest Experience. 

Food & Drink

Enjoy complimentary beverages, warm hors d’oeuvres and light snacks. In addition to providing a first-class pre-show experience, your personal concierge will ask for your drink order before you take your seats for the show. Your drink will be waiting for you at intermission, along with desserts. The limitless bar includes mixed drinks, wine, beer, soda, coffee and water before the show and during intermission.

Refund & Exchange Policy

The Premium Guest Experience is non-refundable. If you cannot make your scheduled Premium Guest Experience, you must notify the box office no later than 48 hours in advance. If notified by that time, you may exchange to another date & time. In the event a future date is sold out, you will receive a credit for face value on your account toward a future ticket purchase. Exchanging to another PGE date & time is based on availability and is not guaranteed. No credit or exchange will be given within 48 hours of the scheduled date & time. No refunds at any time.
