As a valued subscriber, you have access to the Premium Guest Experience during the Broadway Series performances for only $20 per subscriber. Space is limited. 

Not a Subscriber? Any remaining spots will be made available for sale to non-subscribers starting 10 a.m. the week of the performance for only $30. Call 630.896.6666 for availability.



Subscribers must sign in before purchasing. Premium Guest Experience for the 2018/2019 Broadway Season will go on sale in June.


As our Premium Guest, you’ll enter the theatre through your exclusive private entrance – via the beautiful, historic lobby – where you’ll be greeted by the Broadway Concierge who will show you to the Premium Guest area. Enjoy complimentary beverages, warm hors d’oeuvres, light snacks and desserts.

In addition to providing a first-class pre-show experience, your personal concierge will ask for your drink order before you take your seats for the show. Your drink will be waiting for you at intermission, along with more snacks. The limitless bar includes mixed drinks, wine, beer, soda, coffee and water before the show and during intermission.

The Premium Guest Experience is available one hour prior to all Broadway performances, with the exception of school performances and weekday matinees. Space is limited.

Refund & Exchange Policy

The Premium Guest Experience is non-refundable. If you cannot make your scheduled Premium Guest Experience, you must notify the box office no later than 48 hours in advance. If notified by that time, you may exchange to another date & time or receive a credit for face value on your account towards a future ticket purchase. Exchanging to another PGE date & time is based on availability and is not guaranteed. No credit or exchange will be given within 48 hours of the scheduled date & time. No refunds at any time.
