Trip cancellation insurance or any other travel insurance, any activity not described above, meals/gratuities on your own, transportation to and from venues (including to and from O’Hare International Airport on travel days), personal room charges


Double Occupancy – $2550 per person

Single Occupancy – $2950 per person

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required during registration. Remaining balance is due two months prior to departure.

Arrangements are made for a three-night stay. If you would like to extend your stay, you’re welcome to do so on your own. Please let us know if you do, so we know when to expect you throughout our itinerary.

You are welcome to meet the group in New York City. We will deduct the cost of your roundtrip flight or you can choose to convert it to a donation. You are responsible for making any flight arrangements outside of the group itinerary.

Dress as you would when seeing a show at Paramount! There is a fair amount of walking throughout the weekend, so dress for comfort and bring layers.

It may be possible to add on a show, depending on the itinerary. Reach out to Will at to see what your options are.

Final payment is due two months prior to your trip dates. You will be sent a reminder before then!

Paramount Theatre is not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, war, quarantine, criminal activity, or for any other cause beyond its control.
