We arrive in New York City on Friday afternoon and head to The Westin New York at Times Square in the heart the theatre district where you’ll launch into a fun-filled weekend including three Broadway shows, dinners, intimate conversations with Paramount-affiliated artists and much more.

While the itinerary is robust, there are pockets of free time to explore the city at your pace or even catch an extra show!

Arrangements are made per the Paramount On Tour itineraries outlined. If you would like to extend your stay, you’re welcome to do so on your own. Please let us know if you do, so we know when to expect you throughout our itinerary.

You are welcome to meet the group at the final destination. We will either adjust your trip pricing accordingly or accept the balance as a donation. You are responsible for making any flight arrangements outside of the group itinerary.

Dress as you would when seeing a show at Paramount! There is a fair amount of walking throughout the weekend, so dress for comfort and bring layers.

Final payment is due two months prior to the New York City trips and three months prior to the London trip. You will be sent a reminder before then!

The ticket reservation timeline is unpredictable as shows have open runs and sometimes close unexpectedly. Titles are announced at the informational meeting, one month prior to departure. We can guarantee that we seek out the hottest tickets and try to avoid shows that have had extended runs in downtown Chicago.

Paramount Theatre and its event organizing staff act only as agents for the suppliers of transportation, accommodations, food, and other goods and services provided to the tour participant. All arrangements for transport, accommodations, and services are made upon the express condition that Paramount Theatre are not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity of any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as an airline, cruise line, train, hotel, restaurant, ground handler, etc., who is to or does supply any goods or services for the tour.

Paramount Theatre is not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, war, quarantine, criminal activity, or for any other cause beyond its control.

COVID-19 Travel Guidelines

Please note that domestic and international travel requirements pertaining to COVID-19 vaccinations and testing requirements are subject to be changed at any time and with little or no notice.

Paramount on Tour attendees have the responsibility to inform their event organizing staff if they develop COVID-19 related symptoms on tour. If a tour attendee tests positive for COVID-19 prior to departure, they must be fever free (without fever medication) for at least 24 hours prior to their departure. These travelers should take added precautions when around others on their tour program until the fifth day from the date of their COVID positive test or the onset of their symptoms.

Trip attendees who test positive for COVID-19 while on tour must isolate in accordance with CDC guidelines. The CDC currently requires an individual who tests positive for COVID-19 to isolate and monitor for symptoms and end isolation only when they are both (i) fever-free and (ii) their symptoms are improved over a 24-hour period. Regardless of when isolation ends, CDC guidance currently states that individuals should take added precautions to prevent the spread of illness, including maintaining physical distance from others and wearing a high-quality, well-fitted mask through Day 5.
