About E-Renewal

Learn More about E-Renewal

When opting in to e-renewal, you choose not to receive the renewal packet in the mail that includes the brochure and your renewal form. With that, you can simply sign in to your account starting February 4 at 10 a.m. and renew online with just a few clicks. As always, you also have the option to renew by calling the box office or stopping by the theater.

We’ve found a lot of our subscribers would rather not deal with the renewal packet and all the papers. They’d rather just log in at their convenience and renew online. Plus, the less papers we use, the better it is for the environment.

If you already renew online, this should be an easy decision and transition for you. Opt in to e-renewal, and renew online as you’ve done in the past. If you’ve renewed online before but still like to receive the brochure in the mail, no problem. Simply opt out of e-renewal, and everything remains the same. If you don’t prefer to renew online, that’s fine, too! Just opt out, and we’ll send your renewal packet in the mail to you.

The deadline to opt in or out of e-renewal for this renewal period is Tuesday, January 1, by 11:59 p.m. Whatever status you are at that time is what we’ll use for this season. If you don’t choose to opt in or out, you’ll be considered opted out. If you opt in or out after the deadline, your status will be saved for next season’s renewal period. To change your status for the next renewal period, you can opt in or out of e-renewal at any time throughout the season.

No matter if you opt in or out of e-renewal, you can still renew one of three ways: online, over the phone or in person. The e-renewal option is to simply forego the mailed renewal packet. Everything else stays the same.
