Parking
STREET CONSTRUCTION ALERT:

Broadway (Route 25) will be under construction for a water main repair between Benton Avenue North to New York Street. This construction will cover about 4 blocks, but its impact on traffic will extend much further. Expect traffic delays in all directions, including on cross streets like Galena Boulevard. To ease congestion, the City of Aurora recommends avoiding Broadway (Route 25) through Downtown Aurora. Instead, consider using alternative routes. One great option is Lincoln Avenue, just a block or two east of Broadway, running North & South on the East side of the train tracks.

Print Parking Pass

Parking Options

Valet Parking is available for Paramount Theatre performances starting one hour prior to show time for a fee of $13-$20 for standard vehicles, $20-30 for extended size trucks and large SUVs. Due to traffic on Galena, PLEASE LINE UP FOR VALET PARKING ON STOLP AT THE CORNER OF STOLP AND GALENA. From Route 31 (Lake Street), go east on Downer Place and turn north on Stolp Avenue. Valet parking closes after the show. Please pick up your car immediately following the performance.

Paid Parking

For your convenience, local parking is available for a fee at the municipal garage located on the corner of Stolp Avenue and Downer Place, just two blocks south of the Paramount. The rate is free for the first hour, $2 for the second hour and $1 each hour after that. Downtown Aurora Parking Overview

Additional Parking

Free parking is also available at the Old Second National Bank parking lot (west corner of River Street and Galena Boulevard) with a Paramount Parking Pass. This lot (not a garage) is available during non-banking hours only: Monday through Friday after 6 p.m. • Saturday 2 p.m. to midnight • Sunday all day until midnight. Please display your Paramount Parking Pass when using this lot. DO NOT PARK in the Fifth Third, PNC or Banco Popular Lots. YOU WILL BE TOWED.

Do Not Park

Please do not park in the Fifth Third, PNC or Banco Popular Lots. YOU WILL BE TOWED. We also do not recommend parking in the Hollywood Casino garage at the east corner of Galena Boulevard and River Street. It’s not an authorized lot for the theatre, and there are long wait times to get in and out of that garage. Also, rates for that garage increase on show nights and holidays. Please read parking guidelines posted throughout the downtown area to avoid the risk of being towed.

Theater Policies

Theater Etiquette

We ask that patrons be respectful inside the theater. This applies to all ages and includes talking, cell phone use, intoxication, vocal outbursts and general disturbances. We reserve the right to remove any patron from the theater causing a disturbance to other patrons and the performance.

We ask that you refrain from wearing hats during the performance, as to not obstruct the views of other patrons.

You are required to sit in the seat you purchased and that’s noted on your ticket. If you’re seated in another patron’s seat, it may delay or disrupt the start of the show.

Photo/Video/Audio Policy

Photos and videos of the set pieces on stage, as well as any photos or video/audio recordings of the actual production, are prohibited due to our contractual agreements with the theatrical unions. This measure is put into place to protect the intellectual property of the talented artists who created the various elements of our productions. As the producing theater, we are obligated to enforce this “No Photo/Video/Audio” policy, which requires our staff to delete any images or recordings captured of the set or production. We appreciate your cooperation.

CHILD POLICY

Unless otherwise indicated on the individual show page, children 2 and under are not allowed inside the theater. All patrons require a ticket no matter their age. No lap tickets.

Personal Items

Bags and other personal belongings are subject to search at the discretion of theater staff. Items not allowed in the building or theater include outside alcohol, pets, laser pointers, pocketknives and weapons of any kind, including toy weapons such as toy guns or knives. Food (including restaurant to-go boxes), professional cameras and audio recording devices are also not allowed inside the theater. Conceal and carry is not permitted at Paramount Theatre or Copley Theatre. Thank you for your cooperation.
