THE MEETING AND FIRST DATE
We met through friends at their house and have been together for 7 years. Our first date alone was a hawks game but we went on multiple double dates beforehand!
THE ENGAGEMENT
We went to Matthiessen State Park for a hike with our dogs in November of 2021 and it was a gorgeous fall day. Jake got down on one knee and we both were crying. Just us it was perfectly intimate and just about us. We couldn’t wait to start calling every family member on our way home!

No matter the amount of time we’re apart we still are so excited to see each other each day.
THE VENUE
Everyone was so lovely and helpful when we toured, and I loved the space and amenities that were offered with our package! They made it easy!
FAVORITE PART OF YOUR DAY
The ceremony was so personal since we had someone who knew us perform the marriage and I also loved dancing the night away with our family and friends!
ADVICE FOR ENGAGED COUPLES
Wedding planning can be stressful but it’s easy when you find good vendors and more importantly make the day about what
the two of you want. Open communication about your expectations of the day so you both understand what you want goes a long way!
HONEYMOON
We haven’t gone yet but plan to spend time in Amsterdam for our honeymoon!
