Multiple Free Exchanges

Subscribers may exchange tickets up until Noon CST the Monday prior to the scheduled performance. The box office will exchange tickets to another performance of the same show title. If exchanging to a higher ticket price, simply pay the difference. In the event of multiple exchanges, the policy applies only to the current ticket issued and not any previously exchanged tickets. If exchanging after the exchange deadline, there will be a charge of $5 per ticket. All exchanges are based on seating availability and not guaranteed. Any exchanges made after the scheduled performance will be charged $10 per ticket.
