If exchanging to a higher ticket price, simply pay the difference. In the event of multiple exchanges, this policy applies only to the current ticket issued and not any previously exchanged tickets.

The 411 ON PRE-ORDERING

Starting February 3 at 10 AM, current subscribers are able to renew their subscriptions for next season. At that same time, non-subscribers have the opportunity to prepay for a New Subscriber Reservation. You choose a subscription package, give a preferred seating location, process payment and get put in line for seats. Once all renewing subscribers are seated, we go through the New Subscriber Reservation line and process each in the order they were received. You will be contacted by the end of May with your seating offer. If you end up in a less expensive seating zone than originally requested, we’ll simply refund the difference. This process will be completed before subscriptions go on sale to the general public in June.

2. Choose a package by Series Number
   Can’t make all 4 dates, or not sure of your schedule yet? No problem! Choose one package that best fits your schedule. As a subscriber, you get free, unlimited exchanges up until 1 hour prior to show time. Free exchanges apply to same seating zone and day of week of equal or lesser value. Once you have the Series Number of your desired 2020/2021 Subscription Package and preferred seating location, use one of the following 3 ways to process and prepay your New Subscriber Reservation.

When will I know my seats?

Current subscribers renew their seats first. After all are seated, new subscriber reservations are processed in the order received and assigned the best possible seats. You will be contacted by the end of May with your seating offer. If you end up in a less expensive seating zone than originally requested, we’ll simply refund the difference. This process will be completed before subscriptions go on sale to the general public in June.
