Tom Petty famously sang, “The waiting is the hardest part.”
He probably wasn’t singing about social distancing during a pandemic. But the phrase does capture what many of us are feeling these days.
To make your waiting a little easier and give you something to look forward to, we’ve been busy rescheduling our upcoming shows – making hard choices so that we can get back to delighting you at the earliest possible moment. As a valued Paramount patron, here’s what you need to know about new show dates, credits, etc.
Tom Petty also sang that he’d “never known nothing quite like this,” which seems pretty apt these days as well. Well, with apologies to Tom, we recommend that “you take it on faith, you take it to the heart” – Paramount will be back, and better than ever.
Please stay safe, healthy and hopeful,
Your Paramount Family

CONTACTING US

Due to the stay-at-home order, our box office has been closed but we have box office associates standing by remotely to answer your calls. If you must contact the box office at this time, a remote box office phone line is available at 630.896.6666 during limited hours of 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday–Friday. Due to the limited staff, we ask that you please be patient during this time and only call the box office if necessary. Our box office associates are also monitoring email, so please direct any questions to info@paramountarts.com. If you would like to purchase tickets or gift cards, you may do so online at any time.

YOUR SUPPORT

We’re deeply gratified by patrons’ many calls and emails asking how they can help support Paramount Theatre during this time. The best way to support our nonprofit theater is to make a donation if you are in a position to do so – because contributions allow us to flexibly meet the theatre’s many emerging needs during this time. Subscribing to the Broadway Series is invaluable, as well (you won’t want to miss out on our full 2020/2021 season!). You can also show support by purchasing a gift card for yourself or a loved one, whether for a birthday, anniversary or other occasion (because we all need something to look forward to, right?)

Thank you for your understanding and patience during this difficult time.
