DUE TO COVID-19
By this point, it’s probably sounding like a broken record to you, but your family’s safety is no joke. With the obvious concerns of COVID-19 and current state guidelines, Paramount School of the Arts needs to cancel all in-person summer camps with the exception of the following camps in August:
- Photography Camp – Canceled
- Monday-Friday; 9a-12p; Aug 3-7; Ages 13-19; $200
- Acting on Camera Camp
- Monday-Friday; 9a-12p; Aug 3-7; Ages 12-19; $270
- Junior Improv Camp – Canceled
- Monday-Friday; 1-4p; Aug 3-7; Ages 7-11; $200
Again, these three camps above are the only camps that will be offered in-person this summer since they make it possible for social distancing and mandated safety measures as stated in the Illinois DCEO Day Camp Guidelines.
In addition to the three classes above, we are also offering the following virtual options:
- Online Intro to Filmmaking
- Tuesdays; 1-2p; June 30–July 28; Ages 13-20; $75
- Online Creativity Boot Camp – Canceled
- Monday-Friday; 10-11a; July 6-10; Ages 10-18; $50
- Online Friday Night Play Reading Club
- Fridays; 7-10p; July 10–Aug 7; Ages 17+; $35
- Online Dance Technique
- Tuesdays; 10-11:30a; July 14–Aug 11; Ages 8+; $75
- Online Conditioning and Speed Choreo
- Thursdays; 10-11:30a; July 16–Aug 13; Ages 8+; $75
- Virtual Audition Coaching
- Virtual Private Instruction
If you registered for a summer camp that has been canceled, please let us know by Sunday, June 21 if you’d like a refund, credit or to transfer to another camp.
Submit Your RequestWhen Illinois enters Phase 4 of Governor Pritzker’s reopening plan, we will reevaluate our current situation and provide you with more information. For now, we’re taking the safest approach. We were looking forward to getting back to PSA and having fun this summer with all of you, but your safety, as well as our staff’s, will always come first.
