Erin Oechsel

Erin (she/her) is an actor, singer, audition coach and comedy writer. She wrote and produced three seasons of NewB the Web Series! from which she earned festival recognition including Best Actress in a Comedy and Best New Comedy Series. She is a Forensics coach at Hinsdale Central High School currently and has coached at BAM!, Roberta Duchak Vocal Studio, and Benet Academy. Some of her performance credits are, New York: The Turing Test (Gallery Players), Edges (Duplex). Chicago: Camelot, Les Misérables, The Little Mermaid  (Drury Lane Theatre) and The Wheel (Steppenwolf Theatre). Regional: My Fair Lady (Actors Theatre of Indiana), Spitfire Grill, Life Could be a Dream (Farmers Alley Theater). TV/Commercial: Chicago PD, Ohio Lottery, T Rowe Price, T Mobile. In 2012, she received the Kennedy Center Distinguished Acting Award for her performance in the musical, The Circus in Winter. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ball State University and is represented by Stewart Talent and Hells Kitchen Agency.
