Andrew MacNaughton

Andrew MacNaughton is a Chicago-based Canadian actor and educator, Jeff Award–nominee for his performance as The Monster in Young Frankenstein (Mercury Theater Chicago). Notable roles include Barry Mann in Beautiful (Drury Lane Theatre) and Bob Gaudio in Jersey Boys (Mercury Theater Chicago). Chicago credits include Drury Lane Theatre, Mercury Theater Chicago, Paramount Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and Porchlight Music Theatre.

As an educator, Andrew has taught acting, musical theatre, and vocal performance at Paramount School of the Arts, leading programs for youth, teens, and pre-professional students. He has also taught enrichment programs with BAMtheatre and will join North Central College this fall as a Vocal Instructor in Musical Theatre. His work in education spans conservatory programs, workshops, and summer intensives, with a focus on ensemble work, audition preparation, and performance technique.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Music Theatre Performance (Sheridan College) and a Master of Musical Theatre Performance (Royal Conservatoire of Scotland).
