Subscriber Benefits

Multiple Free Exchanges

Subscribers may exchange tickets up until Noon CST the Monday prior to the scheduled performance. The box office will exchange tickets to another performance of the same show title. If exchanging to a higher ticket price, simply pay the difference. In the event of multiple exchanges, the policy applies only to the current ticket issued and not any previously exchanged tickets. If exchanging after the exchange deadline, there will be a fee of $9 per ticket. Exchanges are based on seating availability and not guaranteed.

We have a staff solely dedicated to our Subscribers. You are their priority, and they are here to help you. Simply call 630-896-6666 and ask for Subscriber Services.

Exact Same Seats

Pick your subscriber seats and you’re set for all 4 shows… unless you need to exchange them. But that’s up to you.

Save 10% on tickets to additional Bold performances, Paramount Broadway performances and other select Paramount shows, including comedy, concerts and more.

Pre-Sale Access

When new shows are announced, you get first dibs at tickets and the best seats at Paramount Theatre, Copley Theatre and select RiverEdge Park shows. Show announcements are communicated via email, so make sure you’re subscribed to our email list with the correct email address.

Enhance Your Enjoyment

We are proud to offer performances with American Sign Language interpreters and open/closed captioning. Contact the Box Office about exchanging your tickets into one of these performances and see the show from a different perspective!
