2022/2023 Subscription SCHEDULE
RENEWALS & NEW SUBSCRIBER RESERVATIONS
Starting at 10 a.m. on March 8, current subscribers can renew their subscriptions and request changes. Patrons who are not current subscribers can also pre-order a new subscription and get in line behind renewing subscribers. New subscriber reservations are online only for the first week. Deadline to subscribe May 29, 2022
UPGRADES, CHANGES & NEW RESERVATIONS SEATED
Upgrades/changes requested by renewing subscribers are processed after the renewal period is over. The box office needs time process each change request and try to accommodate everyone. Subscribers who requested changes will be contacted to discuss seating options. Please remain patient with our seating process and know that we will reach out to you once we have an update to your request. New subscriber reservations are seated in best available seats after all renewing subscriber requests have been addressed. Renewals and new subscriptions cannot be taken at this time, and patrons must wait until subscriptions go back on sale.
We will continue to update you on important dates based on state mandates due to COVID-19.
E-Renewal
Go Green and Opt in to E-Renewal
E-renewal means no mailed renewal packet and doing everything electronically. We’ll send all the information to you via email, and you can renew online with just a few clicks!

4 Ways to Renew
1. CALL
Call Subscriber Services at 630-896-6666 anytime Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
2. MAIL
Mail your renewal form and payment to: Paramount Theatre, Subscription Renewals, 8 East Galena Boulevard, Suite 230, Aurora, IL 60506. If you opted in for e-renewal, you will not receive a renewal form in the mail.
3. STOP BY
Stop by and see us at the Paramount Box Office at 23 East Galena Boulevard, Aurora IL 60506. Drop off your completed form or visit us at the box office when you attend Groundhog Day or Rock of Ages
4. ONLINE
Click here to log in. Click My Renewals on the left and then Add to Order to renew your subscription. To make changes, please indicate that on the Delivery Details page. Enter payment info, and click Buy on the Billing Info page.

STEP #1: SIGN IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
CLICK HERE to sign in using your username (email address) and password. If you don’t know your password, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the prompts to reset.
STEP #2: CLICK “MY RENEWALS” IN THE MENU
STEP #3: CLICK “ADD TO ORDER”
STEP #4: CLICK “CONTINUE” IN YOUR SHOPPING CART
If you want to request an upgrade or change to your subscription, you’ll have the opportunity to do that on the next page. You must first renew your original seats before processing your request for changes.
STEP #5: COMPLETE DELIVERY DETAILS AND REQUEST CHANGES
If you want to request an upgrade or change to your subscription, please write that in the box provided in the yellow section on the delivery details page. If you’re keeping your subscription the same, choose that option in the drop down menu in yellow box and click continue.
STEP #6: CONFIRM BILLING INFO, ENTER PAYMENT METHOD AND CLICK “BUY”
On this page, please make sure you’re contact information is correct. Then, you must select a Payment Method before moving forward. Once you’ve entered your credit card information, click “Buy” to complete your renewal. A confirmation email will be sent to you. We’ll contact you after April 1 to discuss any upgrade or change requests.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’ve completed your renewal.
- If you requested an upgrade or change to your subscription, it will NOT be noted on your receipt. Please know that we did receive your request, and you’ll be contacted to discuss seating options.
- You must renew your current seats before we can process any upgrade or change requests. That way, you’ll always have seats reserved for your subscription, in case we aren’t able to fulfill your request.
- Upgrade and change requests are time-stamped and processed in the order they’re received. We do our best to meet requests but cannot guarantee it. The sooner you renew, the better chance we have at fulfilling your request.
- When renewing online, you have 20 minutes to complete your order. There is a timer at the top of the page. If you run out of time, you’ll get a timed out message and need to start over.

The Subscriber Services Staff reminds you of these 3 tips for your subscription renewal!
1. RENEW EARLY
If you are making a change to your subscription, the earlier you renew, the better chance we have at fulfilling your request. All seating requests are processed in the order they are received, so renew as quickly as you can for the best available seats. Renew online for best results.
2. BE FLEXIBLE
If you are making a change to your subscription, please indicate several seat locations or performance dates you might like. We will do our best to find one that works. The more options we have, the better chance we have at fulfilling your request.
3. RENEW BY THE DEADLINE
No matter if you’re making changes to your subscription or keeping it exactly the same, make sure you renew before the cut off date! Your place in line this year has nothing to do with your place in line next year. We process renewals in the order they are received each season. Renewing by the deadline ensures your seats are saved for the season and before we go on sale to the public.
