Unfortunately, we were unable to reschedule the STOMP performances. With all the changes to everyone’s schedule due to COVID-19, we just couldn’t find dates that work for both organizations. Your understanding and patience during this difficult time has been greatly appreciated. Now, what to do with your tickets…
HERE ARE YOUR OPTIONS:
- Receive a full credit on your account. Credits never expire and can be used toward a future ticket purchase at Paramount Theatre, Copley Theatre or RiverEdge Park.
- Donate the full price of your tickets back to Paramount Arts Centre, Inc. – a 501c3 non-profit organization.
- Donate a portion of your tickets and receive a credit for the difference.
- Receive a full refund.
Please submit your request by 10 AM on Monday, May 11. If you do not fill out the form by then, your ticket will automatically be refunded to you at that time. Once your request has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Refunds typically post within 3-5 business days. Credits will post immediately. If you have any questions, please call 630-896-6666, Monday–Friday, 10 AM–2 PM.
