Missed you Tuesday as I had just been admitted days earlier into the rehab unit at Adventist La Grange Hospital after last week’s hip revision surgery at Adventist Hinsdale. I thought I would take a hiatus but it just didn’t feel right not to check in with you so here we are, dear reader!

Today is a big day at Paramount as the General Season Tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. as do single tickets for Broadway Series Subscribers. Don’t delay!

With a brilliant view of Chicago’s gorgeous skyline from my room on the fifth floor, I’ve been lucky to get great care from a great team and looking forward to returning home on Friday! Lots of physical therapy and healing to do! Prepping our Broadway Series has not slowed down a bit since the old man’s been away with casting and production decisions for Season Six being made and plenty more to return to. Looking forward to be home and excited for The City of Aurora’s Fourth of July Parade for which on Tuesday the City Council and Mayor Tom Weisner recognized Tim Rater and myself as Grand Marshals! Will be ever so grateful to be there in good health and happy to see everyone! A prayer of thanks out the windows into the infinite pale blue sky over Chicago and beyond to the great city of Aurora to the west!

Love and thanks,

Jim
