It isn’t easy being the new kid, and no one knows that better than Scotty Smalls, who’s destined to spend the summer without a friend. But all that changes when the neighborhood kids need an extra player and Scotty steps in to play. From then on it’s nonstop adventures involving a boy-eating dog and a lost baseball signed by Babe Ruth.
