Home Alone is a 1990 American Christmas Comedy film. The McCallister family prepares to spend Christmas in Paris. The night before the departure, the youngest son Kevin is ridiculed by his siblings and cousins. Kevin inadvertently ruins the family dinner after a scuffle with his brother resulting in Kevin being sent to the attic. Kevin wishes that his family would disappear. In the rush to get to the airport the next day, Kevin is accidentally left behind. The McCallister home is soon stalked by the “Wet Bandits” and Kevin tricks them into thinking that his family is still home, forcing them to postpone their plans to rob the house.
