What was the main theme of your wedding? How did it all work together?
Aaron and Maribeth’s wedding was a celebration of two things: their love for each other and their shared passion for the theater. They wanted every detail of the day to reflect who they are as a couple—romantic, playful, and a little dramatic in the best way.
From the moment guests arrived, they were immersed in the couple’s world. Iconic movie posters were recreated with Aaron and Maribeth as the stars, and the ceremony program doubled as a classic playbill, complete with cast lists and act breakdowns. Theatrical touches were woven throughout the day, creating an atmosphere that felt like opening night—exciting, heartfelt, and uniquely their own.
Even the food and drinks told part of their story. Signature cocktails included The Aaron—a bold Jack and Coke with a sweet cherry twist inspired by the groom’s favorite flavors—and The Maribeth, a sweet and sassy cocktail that perfectly reflected the bride’s vibrant personality.
At the heart of the day were the vows. Raw, emotional, and deeply personal, they moved even the toughest guests to tears. Paired with a joyful, carefree ambiance, the wedding was not just an event—it was a love letter the couple shared with everyone they hold dear.
Tell us a bit about you!
Aaron and Maribeth met online and quickly fell in love over their shared love of musical theater and music. For this reason, they were drawn to Paramount’s Meyer Ballroom for its beauty and its strong connection to the performing arts. The space felt like a perfect fit and helped bring their theatrical vision to life.
