What was the main theme of your wedding? How did it all work together?
Our wedding didn’t have a specific theme, but we focused on using our favorite colors and incorporated silver accents to brighten everything up. It was a simple choice, but it really helped tie everything together. We chose the Meyer Ballroom because it was near the water, fit comfortably within our budget, and, most importantly, the entire venue is gorgeous. It provided the perfect backdrop, giving our ceremony and reception a classic and elegant feel. The space itself was absolutely stunning and didn’t require much extra décor to make it shine; it was the perfect setting and really elevated the entire event.

The celebration itself couldn’t have gone better. Both of our families had a blast dancing the night away. It was wonderful to see everyone having so much fun, which made the day even more meaningful for us. Our day-of coordinator was also a huge part of what made everything run so smoothly. She handled the entire night beautifully, which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy the experience. Overall, it was everything we hoped for, and we couldn’t have asked for a better night.

Tell us a bit about you!
We met through a mutual friend; he wasn’t really looking for anything serious, and I happened to be my friend’s only single friend. What started as a casual introduction quickly turned into something more. One of the first things we really connected over was our shared love for Dolly Parton. That small connection grew into something much deeper, and before long, we found ourselves falling in love.
