Paramount School of the Arts and the Aurora Public Library are inviting you to come up with your very own fairytale! Students 6-12 are invited to imagine a new fairytale for today’s world. You can create your story using any medium you would like – writing, drawing, film, music, etc.
In order to submit your fairytale it must include the following elements:
- Ball, Festival, or feast
- Family Strife (evil stepparent/step-siblings)
- Magical Allies (fairies or talking animals)
- Jealous Enemies
- Magical Transformation
Students can submit their stories beginning Friday, November 26th.
Stories can be submitted in person at either Paramount School of the Arts, located at 20 S. Stolp, at any Aurora Public Library Location, or online.
Any student who submits a fairytale will be put into a drawing for their family to win FREE tickets to Paramount Theatre’s production of Cinderella. Tickets drawings will be done on the following days:
Monday, November 29th
Monday, December 6th
Monday, December 13th
Monday, December 20th
