Does your child love storytelling, using their imagination, and performing for an audience? Kids Take the Stage is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of theater!
In this engaging class, students will explore foundational acting and theater skills through creative games, scene work, character development, and storytelling activities. Along the way, they’ll learn important stage concepts such as stage directions, collaboration, performance etiquette, and scene creation – all while building confidence and having fun.
For students who might be interested in participating in our ABP classes upon entering middle school, this is a great place to help prepare for auditioning into YTC or AC prior to 6th grade!
The semester concludes with a special Work-in-Progress Showing in PSA’s McKee Studio Theater, where students will take the stage and share what they’ve learned with family and friends. This Work-in-Progress performance takes place on 11.3.2026 at 6:00 pm.
If the class is sold out but you’re still interested, join the waitlist! Additional sections may be added based on demand, so adding your name helps us create more opportunities for young actors to shine.
