Kids Improv

Kids Improv is the perfect place for young actors to jump in, think fast, and have fun! Designed for students who are new to improv or still building confidence with the basics; this class introduces the exciting world of improvisational acting in a playful, supportive environment.

Students will explore core improv skills through games, group activities, and scene-building exercises while learning how to listen, respond, and collaborate on the spot. Along the way, they’ll discover the power of “Yes, and…” as they build confidence, creativity, and quick-thinking that carries beyond the stage.

The semester concludes with a special Work-in-Progress Showing in PSA’s McKee Studio Theater, where students will have the opportunity to showcase their growth and celebrate everything they’ve learned throughout the session. This Work-in-Progress performance will take place on 12.9.2026 at approximately 5:30 pm.
