How social media savvy are you? Let’s test your knowledge with this free event!

We consume our news today through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. But do you know how to tell the difference between real news and click bait? Do you know how long that photo you posted sticks around for? Join us on Friday, October 4 to test your knowledge and see if you’re really as savvy on social media as you think you are.

This event is FREE and for ages 11 and up, so parents, bring your tweens and teens and finally settle, once and for all, who really knows the most about social media and how to navigate all of its ins and outs.

Led by Jacqueline Babb, Assistant Professor of Marketing and Chair of the Marketing Department at Aurora University

Jacqueline provides marketing strategy consultative services to businesses and nonprofit organizations seeking to define their brand and use marketing technology as a tool for customer loyalty. She is a requested speaker and published author on topics spanning nonprofit and digital marketing.

Jacqueline earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. At Northwestern, Jacqueline served on the Dean’s student advisory board and as the elected graduation speaker.
