Adult Ballet & Jazz A

Looking to (re)discover the joy of dance? Adult Ballet & Jazz A is the perfect class for anyone ready to explore the beauty of ballet and the energy of jazz in a welcoming, supportive environment.

This high energy dance class introduces foundational technique through traditional ballet barre exercises and engaging jazz across-the-floor work, helping students build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Along the way, dancers will enjoy upbeat, approachable combinations that blend classical ballet and modern jazz styles, making every class both challenging and fun.

Designed for adults who are new to PSA or just beginning (or restarting) their dance journey, this class meets you exactly where you are and helps you grow at your own pace while moving alongside a community of fellow dancers.

The semester concludes with a special Work-in-Progress Showing in PSA’s McKee Studio Theater, where students will have the opportunity to showcase their growth and celebrate everything they’ve learned throughout the session. WIPS performance 12.8.2026 at approximately 7:30 pm
