Acting for Kids

Acting for Kids is the perfect class for students who are new to acting and ready to build confidence, creativity, and stage presence in a fun and supportive environment.

Students will explore the fundamentals of acting through engaging exercises in monologue work, scene development, character creation, and storytelling. Along the way, they’ll learn how to express emotions, make strong performance choices, and collaborate with fellow young actors–all while building a strong foundation in performance skills.

The semester concludes with a special Work-in-Progress Showing in PSA’s McKee Studio Theater, where students will have the opportunity to showcase their growth and celebrate everything they’ve learned throughout the session. This Work-in-Progress performance will take place on 12.10.2026 at approximately 5:30 pm.
