It’s everyone’s favorite time of year. The weather outside is freezing – if not below freezing – and the days seem to blend one into the next. Almost like you’re living your very own Groundhog Day.
Come spend an afternoon at Paramount School of the Arts, as two wellness specialists lead you through activities to bring you inner peace on these never ending, long, winter days. A FREE event, but you must register for your spot ahead of time.
***Currently, all students must be masked while attending class inside Paramount School of the Arts.***
Our invited guests are:
Amy Jackson, Founder & Director of The Perch in Aurora, IL. Amy will lead participants through guided meditation, journaling prompts, and other activities.
Silvia Montiel, bilingual yoga instructor, will lead participants through an hour of yoga. The yoga class will be accessible to those both English and Spanish speaking.
