Adult Hip Hop

Get ready to move, groove, and feel the energy in Adult Hip Hop this fall with PSA! This 60-minute class is the perfect way to explore the foundations, history, and culture of this dynamic dance style–while having a whole lot of fun along the way.

Students will dive into a variety of hip hop styles through upbeat choreography, foundational technique, and rhythm-driven movement, all in a high-energy, encouraging environment designed for adult dancers of all backgrounds. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the roots of hip hop while building confidence, coordination, and personal style.

The semester concludes with a special Work-in-Progress Showing in PSA’s McKee Studio Theater, where students will have the opportunity to showcase their growth and celebrate everything they’ve learned throughout the session. This Work-in-Progress performance will take place on 12.9.2026 at approximately 8:00 pm.
