Join us for an outdoor fitness class at RiverEdge Park overlooking the beautiful Fox River. PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to build strength, balance, and a focused mind. It combines the practices of Pilates and Yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it.  It was designed for people who want the mind-body benefits along with working on endurance and strength.

PiYo will help you:

  • Help with muscle definition without weights
  • Lengthen and strengthen your body
  • Stabilize your weight and burn calories
  • Improve your agility and flexibility

Students will need to provide their own Yoga mat, towel, and full water bottle due to Covid-19

Buy all four classes for $40 or pay a drop-in fee of $15 per class.
