Jennifer Hahn
Special Events Director
Jennifer Hahn became part of the Paramount team in 2010. She learned of her passion for event planning when she organized a fundraising gala to help her and NIU classmates travel to Guatemala to build a school.
In her spare time, she gets her hands dirty updating her 160+ year old farmhouse with her husband and two daughters, loves reading historical fiction (and is a member of three book clubs), trying her green thumb at gardening, and crocheting mostly scarfs and hats.

Jordan Scherpe-Lencioni
Assistant Director of Special Events
Jordan became part of the Paramount family in 2015 as a Special Events Intern. Soon after, she transitioned into an Event Coordinator and assisted in the renovation project for the Copley Theatre and North Island Center before becoming Rentals Manager. Jordan loves working with clients in creating their dream events at the variety of venues that Paramount has to offer. Outside of work, Jordan spends time traveling with her husband, kiddos, and pups.

Kelly Butler
Event Manager
Kelly Butler joined the Paramount team at the beginning of 2026. Previously, she was an association meeting planner for 20 years, planning and executing conventions around the world. Now she’s excited to be a part of the Paramount family as she has loved attending performances over the years. She also loves working in thriving downtown Aurora. Kelly plans to apply her expertise in event planning to the weddings and events that take place at the Paramount. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, biking and hiking local nature preserves, baking sourdough, cooking, watching the Cubs and Bears, and reading.

Morgan Montgomery
Event Manager
Morgan Montgomery joined the Paramount Team as an Event Coordinator in the summer of 2024. Prior to moving to Illinois, she worked at a children’s theater in Indiana and a regional theater in New York. With a background in theater and event management, Morgan excels at helping clients through the planning process and making sure they have everything needed for a stress-free experience. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys baking, reading, and hiking with her fiancé and dog, Buddy.

Lynsey Gallagher
Event Coordinator
Lynsey joined the Paramount team as an Event Coordinator in the fall of 2025. Before relocating to Illinois, she served as the Director of Events at Milwaukee Repertory Theater, where she ensured every patron felt seen, heard, and fully enjoyed their theater experience. With a background in theater and event planning, Lynsey is excited to bring her organizational expertise to Paramount, helping clients’ dreams become a reality in our unique theater spaces through a seamless, stress-free planning process. In her spare time, Lynsey enjoys riding her motorcycle, spending time in nature, transforming her fixer-upper into her dream home, and playing with her cat, Max.

Jessica Minogue
Event Coordinator
Jessica’s path to event coordination began with her first part-time job, where she would set up and organize corporate events throughout downtown Chicago. With over five years of stage management experience in the city’s vibrant theater scene, she brings a calm, organized presence to every celebration. Her love of museums, art, and exploring new cultures through travel inspires her to help couples infuse their weddings with meaningful personal touches. Whether behind the scenes or exploring a new country, Jessica is always drawn to details that make an experience unforgettable. When she’s not orchestrating event magic, she’s probably seeking out the spiciest dish on the menu or catching a new play around town.
