Drop and go catering not permitted, caterer must provide staffing for event

With the exception of a licensed bakery, all food must be provided by a required caterer. Starting prices are listed for food only, per person, are subject to change, and do not include tax and service fees. Weddings must use required caterers.

*Weddings are encouraged to use entertainment options listed. If not, a potential vendor must set up a meeting with ACCA staff, prior to executing a contract. Not all outside entertainment vendors will be approved. Any outside entertainers must provide a COI and a $150 fee must be paid at time of approval (at least 6 months prior to event). Solo musicians exempt from paying fee.
