CALLING ALL MOMS!
In celebration of Women’s History Month, join us for First Fridays at Paramount School of the Arts from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, March 6. The theme is Woman Up! including mini workshops for all the moms out there.
5 Self-Care Practices for Moms
Whether you work inside or outside the home, have newborns, toddlers or teenagers, being a mom is HARD work. Often we’re good at taking care of everyone else but ourselves. It isn’t always easy to come by, but Amy Jackson from The Perch will show you how to use just 5 minutes of your day to take a little time for yourself to recharge. All women welcome! These self-care tips are great practice for everyone, so feel free to stop by even if you don’t have kiddos with you.
We’ll Take Care of the Kids
While you’re getting recharged mom, your kids can join Paramount School of the Arts staff for fun and games. All workshops will last between 5-10 minutes, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the rest of what Downtown Aurora has to offer.
Plus, Ticket Giveaways!
