Kids Take the Stage

Join us for an exciting journey into the world of acting and theater in our Kids Take the Stage class. This Spring, young performers will have the opportunity to explore the fundamentals of acting. During this engaging 10-week program, students will:

• Explore the Stage: Learn the essentials of stage directions, blocking, and the art of moving confidently on stage.

• Create Memorable Scenes: Develop scene creation skills, bringing stories to life through imaginative and collaborative choreography and song.

• Song Memorization: Hone memorization techniques to confidently deliver songs and portray characters authentically.

• Performance Techniques: Discover the secrets of captivating audiences with effective vocal projection, body language, and stage presence.

• Share Their Creativity: At the end of the class, students will participate in WIPS — Work in Progress Showing — for their families to enjoy what they’ve been creating.
