If a show is cancelled or postponed, the box office will contact you with further information regarding a refund, exchange or credit. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you need your tickets reprinted for any reason, please bring a photo id and/or your email confirmation to the box office on the day of the performance and we will gladly reprint your tickets. There is no additional charge to reprint your tickets. You will be able to reprint e-tickets (via the Print at Home option) at any time from your own computer by reprinting your entire email confirmation.
